Ruth had a baby boy in 2020 during lockdown! The experience of pregnancy, labour and the post natal period opened Ruth’s eyes to the amazing adaptability of the female human body but also the various conditions that women suffer through this perinatal period. So Ruth found a new passion – Women’s Health Physiotherapy. She has been training hard over the past year to be able to deliver a high quality service and is already loving her new role supporting women through this important time in their lives.

In her spare time Ruth enjoys exploring the coast of Cornwall with her partner and little boy. She also loves walking, pilates and yoga, playing many instruments, singing and spending time with her family and friends.
